Barcelona survives shock Of their Lives Against Sevilla To Win The European Super Cup 5-4



Going into the match,many expected it to be an easy one for Barcelona but football is no mathematics. Sevilla pulled the trigger drawing first blood 3 minutes into the first half, leaving Barcelona dumbfounded as Ever Banaga converted a free kick from 25 yards. Lionel Messi later showed class in the 7th and 16th minutes, when he converted two free kicks, giving Barca the lead. Rafinha then registered his name on the score sheets After receiving a brilliant ball from Suarez minutes later. By half time the score was 3-1. But Sevilla came out strong in the second half, even though they conceded another goal 7 minutes after the break when Suarez received a good ball from Busquets and slotted home a superb shot. Surprisingly, Sevilla started fighting back. Reyes, kevin Gameiro and Konoplyanka all registered their names on the score sheets for Sevilla, thereby shockingly forcing the game into extra time. But Barca miraculously survived the shock of their lives when Messi's free kick was rebounded for Pedro to force home the winner.
