Edo states Governor Adams Oshiomole, has described Mr Orubebe, former minister of Niger Delta Affairs, as an elevated thug, who is out to make noise as a means of getting his next meal ticket.
The feud between these two intensified, after Orubebe labelled governor Oshomole a Garage boy.
