President Muhammadu Buhari, at a joint press conference in Ghana, said that The first thing he did after he came into office was to reorganize the military and clear orders were given to them in terms of retraining, re-equipping and redeployment of troops.
He further claimed that, the military is gaining ground in the Northeast and Boko Haram has been limited to the Sambisa forest.
